We decided to mix things up today so we gave one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s chest workout a try. It was KILLER! Try it out for yourself.

1) Bench Press: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 or 3 rep
2) Incline Barbell Press: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 or 3 reps
3) Strict Dumbbell Flies: 12, 10, 8, 6 & 6 reps
4) Dumbbell Pullovers: 5 sets of 15-20 reps
5) Chest Dips: 4 sets of 15 reps
