Breasts are mostly made up of lipids (fat), so cutting back on your fat consumption could help reduce the size of your man boobs.

It’s best to eat a varied diet containing fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and lean meat and complex carbs like oatmeal, kidney beans and lentils.

2. Cut back on the booze

Not only is alcohol doing damage to your waistline because of its high calorie content, the drink is also giving you a wobbly chest.

So lay off the sauce if you want to streamline your body.
